Xfinity and Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency will present Movies Under the Stars! The event is Saturday, September 24 at Weatherby Park in Canton.  The movie being shown is Lion King. Gates will open at 7 p.m., and the movie will begin at dusk.  

Movies Under the Stars is a FREE, community-oriented event featuring family friendly movies shown outside on a three-story tall movie screen. The fun begins early in the evening with vendors, music and games.  It is considered a movie and a block party wrapped into one.

Food and drink vendors will be on-site, but attendees may bring their own picnics, blankets and chairs. No alcohol is allowed.
